Coffee Drips YoCo Colombia grapefruit vermouth

Colombia Vermouth Grapefruit by YOCO is a specialty coffee from Colombia (Gaitania region, Cofinet cooperative) that undergoes a unique infusion processing method with grapefruit vermouth. It features a bright flavor with notes of dark raisins, pink grapes, red orange, and linden honey.

Green coffee beans are treated with a mixture of grapefruit vermouth and water in an oxygen-free environment (in tanks) for several days before roasting, giving the finished brew an intense citrus-alcohol aroma.
