Conditions for returning goods

The return or exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991.

If the Buyer purchases an unsuitable food product, the Seller is obliged to replace it with a food product that is suitable for consumption, or return the money paid to the Buyer. Settlements with the Buyer in this case are carried out in the following order:

• when replacing a product with defects with a product of a similar article of proper quality, the price of which has changed, the cost is not recalculated;
• when replacing the defective product with the same product of another article of proper quality, the cost of the defective product is recalculated, in the case of an increase in price, based on its value at the time of exchange, and in the case of a decrease in price - based on the value at the time of purchase;

The money paid for the goods shall be returned to the Buyer within a period agreed upon by the parties, but no later than within seven days.

If the product is available, the Buyer's request for its replacement is subject to immediate satisfaction, and in the event of a need for quality control - within fourteen days or as agreed by the parties.

According to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return)", food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange. Considering the fact that there may be significant circumstances when there is a need to return a good quality product, we are ready to consider such a possibility. In this case, the requirement of para. 3 part 1 art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991. The exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the Buyer together with the sold goods have been preserved.

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within fourteen days from the day of receipt of the goods.
