Cordial today - it is a non-alcoholic concentrated fruit, berry, herbal, floral or spicy syrup with a high content of fresh juices. This is a very convenient cocktail ingredient, with the help of which literally everyone, without special bar training, can make many interesting combinations and prepare a high-class cocktail at home or at work.
Storage: hibiscus, pimiento pepper, grapefruit.
Taste: spicy, refreshing, intense. Sweet and sour floral carcade, bitterness of grapefruit, spicy aroma of allspice.
Combination: with this cordial, we recommend preparing drinks with aged spirits. Black, aged or spiced rum, whiskey, tequila, mezcal, cognac.
A simple option for making a cocktail: add ice to a glass, pour 50 ml of alcohol and 50 ml of cordial and mix.
