Made from a unique collection of fruit harvested during ripening, Le Fruit de MONIN pear has been designed to preserve the many flavors of this ancient fruit. With a strong, particularly aromatic taste and a slightly grainy texture, this puree is ideal as a dessert filling, in cocktails, frappes and smoothies.
This Monin Pear puree is ideal for classic drinks, it mixes very well with other purees such as strawberry or raspberry, as well as with syrups such as basil, mint and tarragon.
