Cordial today is is a non-alcoholic concentrated fruit, berry, herbal, floral or spice syrup with a high content of fresh juices. This is a very convenient cocktail ingredient, with which literally anyone, without any special bar training, can make many interesting combinations and prepare a high-class cocktail at home or at work.
Composition: Morgentau tea, lemongrass, lemon, grapefruit, Sichuan pepper.
Taste: bright, fragrant, citrusy. The refreshing flavors of lemon and grapefruit are complemented by a herbal note of lemongrass, a woody spicy note of Sichuan pepper, and delicate sweet aromas of mango and flowers.
Combination: goes well with light unaged spirits: gin, white rum, vodka, pisco.
