Acceptance of orders
Orders are accepted by phone from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
Orders in electronic format via the website and messengers (telegram, viber, instagram) are accepted daily and around the clock (orders are processed during business hours).
Orders received on weekends are processed and delivered/shipped on Monday.
Payment.
Payment for the goods is possible:
- in cash to the courier upon receipt
- to a private entrepreneur's card
- by Nova Poshta cash on delivery
- to the current account with VAT
Amount. minimal order - 500 UAH.
Delivery
Delivery orders for the city of Kyiv is carried out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Orders worth more than 750 UAH are delivered free of charge (within the map). The delivery cost for orders under 750 UAH is 75 UAH.
To the districts of Kyiv which are not included in the delivery card (shown below), orders are sent by Nova Poshta at the expense of the buyer or by our transport for an additional fee.
Delivery is carried out to the building entrance.
Pickup orders is possible in Kyiv at 9 Boryspilska St. (by prior arrangement of your visit).
Delivery of orders in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta at the expense of the buyer.
Within this zone, we deliver by our own courier.
