Delivery and payment

Phone orders are accepted from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Orders in electronic format through the website and messengers (telegram, viber, instagram) are accepted daily and around the clock (orders are processed during working hours)

Orders received over the weekend are processed and shipped/dispatched on Monday.

• in cash to the courier upon receipt
• online payment on the website with a Visa/MasterCard card
• cashless payment for individual entrepreneurs
• cash on delivery of Nova Poshta
• to the current account with VAT

Minimum order amount – 1 000 UAH.

When ordering for the amount from 10,000 UAH. an automatic discount applies to the entire assortment 10%.

• Delivery of orders in Kyiv within the map (shown below) is carried out free on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

For areas of Kyiv outside the delivery map:

• Shipping by Nova Poshta* at the buyer's expense.
• • To the branch - from 100 UAH.
  • To the post office – from 100 UAH

       *According to the tariffs of the carrier Nova Poshta

• By our transport for an additional fee of 200 UAH.

Delivery is made to the building entrance.

Pickup orders can be made in Kyiv at the address of st. Boryspilska 9 (upon prior agreement of your visit).

Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta at the expense of the buyer.

Within this zone - we deliver by our own courier.
