Cordial Glory

Cordial today - it is a non-alcoholic concentrated fruit, berry, herbal, floral or spicy syrup with a high content of fresh juices. This is a very convenient cocktail ingredient, with the help of which literally everyone, without special bar training, can make many interesting combinations and prepare a high-class cocktail at home or at work.

Storage: Morgentau tea, lemongrass, lemon, grapefruit, Sichuan pepper.

Taste: bright, aromatic, citrus. The refreshing flavors of lemon and grapefruit are complemented by the herbal note of lemongrass, the woody and spicy note of Sichuan pepper, and the delicate sweet aromas of mango and flowers.

Combination: goes very well with light unaged alcohols: gin, white rum, vodka, pisco.

A simple option for making a cocktail: add ice to a glass, pour 50 ml of alcohol and 50 ml of cordial and mix.
