Giffard Melon Syrup

Giffard Melon Syrup is a thick, smooth syrup with a vibrant golden-orange hue and a sweet, honey-like aroma reminiscent of ripe melon flesh. Its rich texture and fruity flavor make it perfect for creating a variety of cocktails — alcoholic or non-alcoholic — as well as shots, layered drinks, and dessert recipes.

It also works well in baking: for soaking sponge cakes, decorating pastries, or as a delicious topping for ice cream.

Like all Giffard premium syrups, this product is made using only natural ingredients — pure mountain water, a sugar base, and juice from ripe melons. Flash pasteurization allows the syrup to remain free from chemical additives or preservatives while retaining a long shelf life of up to 3 years.

In addition to its intense flavor, the syrup offers the light freshness and indulgent taste you’d expect from real melon.
